THE TRIDENT RECORDING CONSOLE:
Recording and mixing is done through our vintage hot rodded (Burr Brown custom chip sets, British made, analog Trident recording console. Well known throughout the music industry for it's Gold & Platinum record making capabilities, the Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage, David Bowie, The Beatles & more have all used Trident recording consoles. The sound is warm and rich, yet doesn't sacrifice CLARITY or BITE. .

Recording Formats
While we enjoy our industrial two-inch 24 & 16 track analog machines we have also kept up with the times by adding an arsenal of high-end digital formats. MDI has more recording formats than any other studio in the world!

Mastering
The MDI Mastering Studio Is Big Phat Analog to Digital Mastering.
A unique and exclusive process utilizing a custom built super hot-rodded Otari 1/2" analog reel to reel, with Dolby SR noise reduction & Apogee converters plugged into a twin Pentium extreme computer system with the most intense mastering software. The result is depth, richness and clarity, all important characteristics of the bandwidth you've been missing when recording straight to digital.
